Abs soreness

Hi  everyone! I woke up this morning still motivated for this journey but with crying abs (haha). Even though yesterday I did less crunches and all those on-the-floor abs workouts, it seems like I hit the right muscles :)

Ćaos svima! I ovog jutra moja motivacija ne odustaje od fit avanture mada joj društvo prave i te kako upaljeni stomačni mišići (smeh). Iako sam juče vodila računa da se ne preforsiram izgleda da sam vežbama, ipak, pogodila uspavane mišiće :)



Since today is officially day #3 (hoorey!) I just want to share with you my previous meals which were my personal inspiration to stay on track. I am so happy I can say my diet is pretty much colorful and honestly I feel sorry for all those pale meals some diets requires. ;)
I should probably use this first posts to introduce to you this journey, lifestyle, workouts and healthy diets. Maybe you can introduce yourself in comments too! It is always fun when you have friends to share with the up&down moments, right?

Pošto je danas zvanični dan #3 (jej) želela sam da nadoknadim propuštene dane i podelim sa vama obroke koju su svakako moja glavna inspiracija. Moram da priznam da mi je veoma drago kad vidim ovako šareni tanjir. Sve te jednobojne dijete sada izgledaju baš dosadno, zar ne? :)
Bilo bi dobro da iskoristim ovih prvih par uvodnih postova i pišem vam ne samo o ishrani nego i treninzima kao i o razlogu zbog čega sam uopšte sve ovo započela i generalno se malo bolje upoznam sa vama. Komentari su tu da se upoznamo, stoga ih slobodno koristite da mi pišete o sebi i vašim ciljevima. U društvu je uvek lakše i zanimljivije :)

The beginning 


Since I started college (was long time ago), something change me when it comes to workout and eating and I started paying more attention to what I intake and how active I am. It is almost 4 years since than, and I am pretty much into all this fitness&nutrition filed (mostly thankful to my first personal coach, I will come to that too!).

Na samom početku mog studiranja, promenilo se moje mišljenje kada je reč o fizičkoj aktivnosti i samoj ishrani i od tada se trudim da poštujem i jedno i drugo. Prošlo je skoro 4 godine od prvog preokreta, i moram da 0riznam da sam uveliko zasla u samu temu fitnessa&ishrane (deo tog interesovanja dujem personalnom treneru, ali biće priče i o tome).



I head my ups and downs in past 4 years. I had healthy weight loss and (unhealthy) weight gain. If I can use hashtag to describe my past journey it would definitely be #slimforseason. It is quite annoying because of the laziness when the season hits and slowly weight gain that follows almost always (even though I never gain all I lost but it is enough to get bloated and barely close pants). And I know, of course, who to blame.

Priznajem da sam inala uspone i padove u prethodnom periodu. Bilo je tu dosta zdravog mrsanja i nezdravog gojenja. Ako bih burala jedan heštag koji bi dosadašnje avanture opisao, svakako bi to bio #slimforseason. Medjutim, postaje iritantan taj stepen lenjosti tokom sezone i delimicni povratak kilograma usled sveva toga. Naravno, znam i ko je krivac i sta je uzrok.

Now what?


This time I decided to switch to #fitforlife and fulfill my dream of potentially becoming a fitness&nutrition coach. Of course, this wasn't over night decision. In past years, many of my friends asked me for advises, motivation, push and even workout plans I follow. If I could help them, why I shouldn't help others too, right? But I cannot do it before I get psychically strong and ready. So, welcome to my journey toward that :) 

Ovaj pit sam se odlucila da promenim putanju ka #fitforlife i fokusiram se na kreiranje životne rutine. Moja želja je dan jednog dana zasluzim fotness&nutrition sertifikaciju, ali pre toga morma fizički i psihički da se pripremim. Nije taj cilj došao preko noći svakako! Mnogo puta sam pomagala i bliskim drigaricama da smršaju pa zašto da onda sopstvena iskustva i buduća znanja ne spojim, zar ne?
Naravno, svesna sam da moram biti poptuno spremna i fizički i psihički za takav poduhvat. I eto nas - prvi korak te avanture je napravljen :)

  1. Uzivala sam iscitavajuci ove redove. Radujem se buducim postovima, volim ovakve teme a i potrebno mi je nesto sto ce da me pokrene da promenim nesto u svom nacinu zivota i ishrane. Vec si jednom uspela da me motivises, ne sumnjam da ces opet :)
